Thugs Production Notes Thugs was never finished as a movie. It was an art experiment. The idea was to find a format, voice, and a core cast toward the notion for producing the Art Café series. From the start, production difficulties exacerbated by no money, made it obvious that tests of ideas and talent were the best I could expect. Nevertheless I presented the rough cut as a DVD product. I did this to further test the Finishing prototype. The experience integrating my artistic focus with available industrial methods.
