Production Permission For Use       Standard fees for uses of movies, clips, and photos: In the rear instance that you have hired the River Production Services without a residual rights agreement, (A Work For Hire) on your production, all rights and permissions are your sole property to admister as you see fit. On contracts for work commissioned as part of your production see the spacific agreement section described as (Residual Righes Responsibilities.) In the case where you were part of a location shoot of an event or part of a documentry or narative movie created by Glen River, you must get written permission from Glen River Publications. The single exeption to this is, personal entertainment where no fee, ticket sales, or donation are involved, and where the audience is no grater than 50 individuals, with the use of a complementry copy or purchased DVD. In this single instance no permission is needed. If a sale of tickets, or donation are involved, or the show in any way promotes the sales of products, business, or promotes customers to a comercial or promotional web site the publication is considered a Promotional Ad. Promotional Ads for your buisnes or service, event, gig, lecture or personl apearance, begin at $200.00 per play. Discounts available for affiliated artists. Corporate use starts at $900.00 per play. Campaign or tour bundles may be negotiated. Website Usage is based on traffic and degree of commerce. Basic flat fee for individual websites are $300.00.
