This series of works is derived form "Parts" created from sections of paintings.

These parts are organized in groups and called by the program.

The design is similar to a digital colony.


Brett_Y2_3 is a static image built from parts called by the program. It looks as if it might be a single picture. It is not. It is many. Brett_D7 also has many parts. They are separated by space. They are zoomed in to details. The separations are obvious. The parts are obvious. The idea of unity is lost. The movement of parts suggest cycle.

Landscape Code and Institution evolve systems of unity interrupted by random insertion, and growth of complexity. Notes explain process.

Art FX Plaza 1 and Art FX Plaza 2 offer Re-Rendering of parts through digital code filtering each image and called by the program by a real time sequencing code.

The Big Picture exists in the digital domain. It has also migrated into the physical world as a gathering of parts organized as an installation. Notes detail the process.
