Zen means waking up to the present. That means to say, understanding the present exactly as it is, rather than through our preconceptions. Zen Process is the art of waking up to the simplicity of being through the digestion of complexity.

We have senses by which we perceive the world. But because we see, we are not just eyes. We hear, yet we are more than ears. So on ... we are a multiplicity of combined experiences converging on an essential center we feel as the self. All of life that we perceive is constantly in a state of change. The state of changing is also part of our selves.

Because we accept change and growth as an integrated part of existence, we call it a process. Zen Process ... The continuing discovery of self.
