River has created art since childhood. He studied art at Silvermine College Of Art A.F.A., Yale University, B.F.A. and M.F.A. in 1970. His work can be found in private collections throughout the world. One man shows include United States, England, France, Switzerland, and Greece. Recently a new period started with Inatallations, Web Works, and Digital Works. River continues to be interested in the subconscious, cultural stories about reunification with nature, and story telling as a new paradigm. Tremendously prolific, River’s work pursues a sense of mythic abstract within pictorial themes.
